Lovely staff who genuinely care and look after you. We stopped by in the morning for coffee and an almond croissant. It took a bit longer than expected and we were in a rush to get to our Ducati bike ride, so we grabbed takeaway coffee instead. Came back for lunch later, and the owner actually remembered the morning delay. SHe came over to our table to apologise and even asked about the bike ride — that’s true Aussie heart right there. Food was amazing. The young champ who took our order hit me with a casual ‘what would you like, man’ — so genuine. Sure, service was a little slow, but they’re all young and learning. I’ll happily support good people giving it a go. May you earn triple the profits this year. You deserve it. 10/10 would come back.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😊 Support this place. True blue Aussie hospitality." ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a great experience at XS Espresso. The food was really delicious and well-presented, and you can tell that care goes into every dish. The place has a nice and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a good meal. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again

When I walked in the store there was a great vibe from all team members Music was good and at a good volume. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. I walked over to the counter and was greeted by all staff and was shown the menus. My order was taken by a lovely lady named Shante. She recommended different items on the menu and even encouraged me to try some of her favourites. I ordered a breakfast burger with a coffee. Shante had a beautiful presence and is someone you’d want to be served by. A beautiful lady named Nas brought out my coffee. She had a beautiful energy and a big smile. Shortly after Shante brought out my food with napkins, salt and pepper and asked me if I needed anything else which I replied with no. Overall customer service was amazing. All the workers had amazing vibes with the best personalities and were highly professional and fun. Food was lovely and good portions Will definitely be coming back!!

This place doesn’t deserve a star , I went with my daughter yesterday at around 2pm to XS Gregory hills and ordered a big breakfast we sat inside at a corner table with a high bench next to it , we received our food and enjoyed it having a conversation and there was nothing wrong with the food until I was about to finish my food we saw a very big cockroach crawl from under the table we were eating at, we both looked at it in shock it crawled quickly to the top bench near our table that’s when I geabbed the table number and used it to kill the cockroach. We were both in shock and disgusted I felt like I just ate a whole plate of cockroaches, I felt like throwing up. I called the manager who was leaving the restaurant and told her, she said they just had the place sprayed the day before, which means they know they have cockroaches in the premises. I asked for a refund which she did she also offered a voucher to the value of the big breakfast which was $33. I gave my details as she asked for it, about 30 mins after I left the restaurant, I received a call from the owner I thought he was calling to apologise but he rang to attack me and criticise me and asked me questions because he was more concerned about how his staff were feeling! because I received a refund and a voucher. I explained that i don’t want the voucher but I did take the refund he then started acussing me and was very very rude. He wasn’t apologetic and was arrogant and very rude. It’s not my first time there all the times I’ve been there the staff are friendly but this time I was actually eating with cockroaches. I explained how disgusting I felt and very unhygienic and dirty and then to be treated so rudely by the owner, I’m feeling traumatised, attacked for complaining and very upset by this whole situation. I will never ever go there again and I don’t want to use the voucher they’ll probably put cockroaches or other insects in my food. Very unhappy and upset customer. Pics of the cockroaches attached..

I have message on Facebook which this company as more than active on. Also emailed NOTHING. So here we are. I’ll let the photos explain. Absolutely embarrassing service. Here’s a photo of what I ordered and what I received. As a business owner I could never give this to a customer and be content in my ownership.
